Hi:
As some of you know I'm building a S2000 for road racing.
The problem I have is that I will have the hardtop tomorrow but they are building the roll cage today.
I need the following info Desperately.
1. The hardtop fixes with the same latch mechanism at the front? Same size?
2. Is the hardtop taller than the softtop?
3. Does the hardtop follow the same contours (design) of the softtop? Is it wider? Longer?
4. Is the hardtop flat on the top and the the rear window drops?
5. Is it longer than the softtop that gradually curves down and has the plastic windows at about 45 degrees?
5. How far back the staight top goes? Angle of rear windows?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
You can also e-mail me at pepe@casiano.com.
Regards,
Pepe

1. Same size, different metal.
2. no, but the back extends further back so it might be slightly taller above where the plastic window is.
3. like I said in #2, it's longer. it also has more rounded edges on the top than the softtop.
4. it's round all around. There are no edges except for two indentation stripes on the top going from front to back.
5. the plastic window seems to be flat, the hardtop follows the black stripe where you tuck the boot into so it's rounded.
6. the windows follow the black stripe as well and come around to the side so the glass is VERY rounded especially at the edges on the side of the car.
