Default need help quick please

A guy I know is selling a set of 18" Racing Hart C5 with new tires and near mint condition for a very cheap price but I have to get it today if I want it. My question is I doubt the rims are staggered, so will anything on my car get messed up if I used the same size rims/tires on the front and back? I"m sure handling won't be as great as stock but if nothing will get damaged I will sacrifice a little loss handling ability. Unless handling will totally be out of whack? I"m not exactly sure the exact size of the rims and offset yet but most likely wider than stock. Is anyone else running same size rims and tires?

From waht many will say, you need to run a staggered set-up and a correct offset. Depending on how much it is, it is probably a bad idea. Find a buyer for his rims, sell them and use the money to buy the right ones.

You may find with this set up that at highway speeds, the car may not track straight. ie. It "may" need constant correction just to keep going straight.
