Soft top - runs you at least $650 to replace.
Strut bar - looks nice, doesn't do anything. Ebay has them for $40 for looks
Not sure about Underbrace. K&N intake. if it's the FIPK it sounds great. Debatable about heat soak at least when the car is not moving. But worth about $150 on the used market.
Not sure why it has a torque damper.
Tanabe if it's legitimate is a pretty good exhaust. Berk hi flow good quality.
Stereo system sounds ok. Anvil shifter knob ok.

Most of these mods are not a big or irreversible deal. If they bother you, you can part out the stuff for a few hundred $s.
I'd just run a carfax and do a very thorough inspection over worrying about mods.

Thanks. This car is $12K.

There is also another 05 S2K 33K mile for 17.5K. This one doesn't have too many issues or mods just a few scratches.

Which one do you recommend?

pictures will help the decision making process for the rest of us. For me, the lowest mile possible within budget.

What one can you afford?

Superstudd is right---all those mods are easily reversible and don't harm the car at all. In fact, I'd recommend leaving the alpine stereo in the car---it's a nice upgrade over the stock stereo which really isn't very good. All the other parts don't hurt anything and can easily be removed and sold to get a few bucks back.

As far as which one, that's a lot of $$ difference for the lower miles---unless the lower mile car is a lot cleaner, I'd probably go with the lower priced one--though you'll have $13k in it with a new top (I'd figure $1000 top and installation until you find a good shop and get a price from them--might find it lower). But you'll have a car with a new top which should last 6-10 more years depending on the weather where you live.

Good luck!

Ebay has tops around $425 shipped, which seems to have good reviews. I've had one. It's good quality. It's not as tough as the OEM but it also doesnt get brittle like the OEM. I believe mine was called EZ top or something like that.

I would keep the tower strut bar...IMO it helps some with front end roll.

EZ Top is not bad.I Put one on a Miata yrs before, but put a Robbins top on my 03 last yr.Much better than EZ.

I would pass on the car.
