Need help with Advan wheels

Need help with Advan wheels
Does anyone know who sells Advan Racing RG wheels?
Also will 17x7.5 with a +48mm offset for the front and a 17x8.5 with a +50mm offset fit on our car. I want to us 215/45/17 tires in front and 235/45/17 tires for the rear.
Here are a couple of pictures I found of a S2000 with these wheels. Not sure if these are 17 or 18, but they don't make the right offset in 18.
