Default Need advice regarding suspension

Hey, guys.
I've been driving my S completely stock for a little over 2 months now, and I love how it drives.
I also LOVE how the suspension feels on stock form.
But I just have this itch to lower it just a little, like 1/2" ~ 3/4" without compromising the suspension characteristics.
I read numerous threads about springs, coilovers, but I DO like the stock shocks and all.
Is there a spring set that lowers 0.5"?
I'm not yet ready to spend over $1k for a set of coilovers and IMO the stock shocks are excellent.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,

Dan

Oh, I can do that?
I didn't know that Koni had different perches.
How much drop w/ the lower perch? Do you have pics by any chance?
Thanks a lot, man.

Thanks for the info, guys.
Anyone else have this setup, or know the amount of drop both F/R?

I just had Koni yellows installed about 500 miles ago - the drop is 1/2" and I like the ride/handling better compared to the stock shocks. I did find a photo of an AP1 with koni shocks in the forum - just do a search for "koni" or "koni yellow" (but lots of postings to go through).

I had Konis...as mentioned, the lower perch (there are 2) is .5" lower. The Konis are a good bit softer in compression compared to the stock shocks. Rebound is adjustable, so you can make that much stiffer than stock if you need to. The drawback with the softer compression is that rapid transitions are not as crisp. Steady state cornering like on ramps and the like are still great...but maneuvers like slaloms do not feel as good. The plus side...for daily driving they are much smoother and not as jarring as the oems.
