replacing the clutch disc with an OEM disc usually remedies the problem.. no guarantee that it won't come back though from what I've heard.
i have it and just live with it.

They said it works well. Not always sounds right, but almost always works right!!! My s2000 makes alot of vibrating and buzzing noises. All of which i hear are normal, so as long as they dont change tone or pitch or general volume I dont bother with fixing normal noises...

I feel your pain on the loud and obnoxious buzzing sounds. Don't know if this is applicable to your situation, but here's a TSB on clutch buzz for 00'-01': https://www.s2ki.com/stor/library/TSB/A00-054/index.htm . Good luck getting the dealership to do this for free because of an extended warranty, the clutch disc is one of the things not covered by it. Go figure.
