Default MY00 faster than MY03?

The first number is 0-60 then 1/4 mile. These numbers are from albeedigital.com and is the same case for a few other sites.

2000 Honda S2000 5.5 14.2
2003 Honda S2000 6.3 14.9

2003 had suspension changes for the better I've read. I'd say take 0-60 and 1/4 mile numbers with a grain of salt.

There are a lot of variables to those times such as altitude, temperature, tires, etc. So those numbers are really only indicative of general performance with some margin of error and shouldn't be read as the holy grail.

There's a forum on here with drag slip times. I've seen guys on stock doing high 13s on the quarter.

You'd be splitting hairs trying to compared .7 seconds difference on a 1/4. You have an s2k and it'll perform in the ballpark of where it should perform.

6.3? No one gets 6.3, not even pushing the car to 60!

Those numbers are from C&D and on the 03 they admitted that they didn't wait for the break in period that's what affected performance apparently.
