I have a full time job just on the side do extra work in movies if time allows. I've been in close to 10 movies just doing background work. I had a Geo Prizm that was in 5 movies and this is my S2k's first movie. And pobably last. Nice cars are rarely wanted in movies. They don't like cars that stand out. They typically just want cars to simulate traffic.

 

I thought they would have paid you more though. Oh well, it's bragging rights.

 

If they start driving it around the pay gets bumped dramatically. Which, I hope they don't drive it. There is only one guy who is authorized to drive it on that movie set.

Well, I'm Non Union unless I get lucky. They had the check for $75 printed this morning. So when I dropped it off. He handed me a check. Typically they do it as a voucher and it takes a long time to come in.

 

i always thought the car manufactors paid to get their cars showed (advertised) in movies
