Consider going to Eagle on Lemmon. Jose is the mechanic that works on my car and has done an excellent job. Scott is the service manager and has a pretty good staff.. my only consistent complaint is their insistence on washing the car leaving it looking worse with water spots than when I come in.

Went to John Eagle as everyone suggested. Thank you all for your tip. They wanted me to replicate the grinding and seemed to not know what service bulletin I referred to; couldn't make it grind but faxed over the TSB from this site (great site!) and they agreed to order the parts.

Will schedule service time tomorrow morning... a little nervous about leaving my "baby", to tell you the truth. Sigh...
