Well, after nearly four weeks of anticipation I finally finished paying my initial break in dues and reached the so called magical 600 mile mark.
So, at 618 miles to be exact, I dropped the hammer and ran the tach to about 8K RPMS. Before I knew it I was doing 95 MPH in 3rd gear. Wow, what a rush. This car is definetly a different beast once you exceed the 6,500 RPM mark and enter into the "VTEC Zone".
Just thought I would share my "first time" with all of you. For those of you who have not experienced it yet, it is well worth the wait. For those of you who have, you know what I am talking about.

I started out for a Sunday drive around town on the V-day, ended up putting 100+ miles on the car to get past the 600.
When I came back home my wife thought I had been with another woman due to the big smile that just wouldnt go away. It was like driving it new all over again.
(I was with another woman, just not a human )

Yes, I am sure my speedometer said 95 mph and I was still in 3rd gear. Now whether the digital speedo is accurate or not at higher speeds could be another story.
