In my opinion the s2000 is for taking corners not for sounding faster than I really am.
On a more serious note, this is the problem with after market body parts. You might be able to get enough clearance by taking the stainless tips off the exhaust but that's going to look terrible.

It's way to loud.
No worries though. I'm switching to Inlinepro 3" single cat back.
Hopeing it's more quiet.

Ive had a magnaflow exhaust for about a year and a half now it it touches just like that, i have no noticed any mal affects from it so i wouldnt worry to much... u can always heat the pipe up a tad and bend it over like the 2 mm that its touching. (just an idea ive seen)
Nice bumper btw. who makes it?

or u can just bent the hangers some so that it drops it down a little.
your exhaust is just a metal pipe. get down there and bend it. when the car is cold and you can get dirty, jack the car up a few inches, put your foot on the point about which you want it to bend, and pull the muffler tip into the right place with your hands. it's steel--if you pull it a bit past where you want it to stay, it will be right where you want it. if you just do that a few times over the life of the car it wont hurt anything.
after that, problem solved. looks just like it ought to, won't cook the paint, life is wonderful.
