My bumper touches my exhaust---
My right exhaust touches--- the side of the tip touches the bumper everrr so slightly on my INGS rear replica.
Is that a major problem? Its barely noticeable, rattles it justtt a little only sometimes... should I worry about any real damage to the bumper other than from where it touches?
I haven' treally driven the car much since I got it put on but doesn't seem to be negatively affecting it at all.
any ideas?

I don't know if the stock exhaust gets hot enough to melt bumpers.
I might scratch up your bumper a little, other then that it should be good.
I myself would like my exhaust touching my bumper though.

follow up the aggressive body kit with an aggressive exhaust?
sooo unless you can suggest a relatively quiet exhaust I'm gonna stick to OEM for a while

I dont like loud exhausts. In my opinion the s2000 is for taking corners not for sounding faster than I really am. Takes a lotta work to make an s2000 fast enough to wanna show off with a loud exhaust and I dont plan on doing any of that while I'm still under warranty...

I think over time it will start to mess up the paint in that area and maybe even start to bubble. It may be hard to see unless the lighting is right or you are looking closely at the bumper. If it does it would drive me crazy, but it depends on the person if its enough to warrant changing the exhaust system over it.
If you are looking for a quiet system I would reccomend the ASM dual exhaust. Its very quite and will shed quite a bit of weight while also looking better with the aftermarket rear bumper. Its not the cheapest dual available nor is it the most expensive.

I have a single ASM 70mm exhaust and it is the quietest exhaust I have had on the car (all other singles even with a smaller diameter are louder than the ASM). If the cat is removed it gets a little more throaty but not loud at all. The 60mm single sounds like OEM except for at WOT and even then its not much louder than OEM at WOT. There dual should be 60mm piping with dual mufflers and it shouldn't be any louder than the single
