my apex'i N1 exhaust *pics*
What's up guys...
I recently got my apex'i N1 muffler with custom 2.5 inch catback mandrel bent piping put on. It looks great and I can definatley feel a greater response and more power at freeway speeds, the 6th gear climbs fast with this on
Sound wise, its extremely loud!! , since it is a turbo muffler with a 3" inlet, but it sound like a F1 car...it sound's almost identical as the amuse exhaust sound clips on their web site (i'll get sound clips recoreded soon) When it hits vtec, it screams, especially through underpasses
anyhow, here are some crappy pics, i'll take new ones tomorrow when it's actually daytime...

Not to be an a$$ or anything like that, unless you just want looks & sound, I hope you're not losing power. Why do I say this? B/C, unless you fine tuned the whole setup (dyno tuning, etc...), you're probably losing power...Why do you think most of those big name companies do r&d for (Ok some companies like Tri-Flow/RM Racing do r&d & they still lose power...I said most, not all companies )? I'm not trying to lecture or flame you, all I'm saying is that any muffler shop can make an exhaust that'll fit the s2g & make it sound good, however in order not to lose power, you need to fine tune it.
Here's an example, my friends at Intercrew Auto Salon & tried a couple of different intakes a long time ago (dyno tuning them all). Although all of them looked real good & sounded real good (especially when vtec hits), they all lost power except for the K&N filter.
I like how it angles out & I like the look of it too. How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?
