Default My AP2 got hit from rear, what bumper choices?

Well as always trying to turn a bad situation into something positive.....

Came back from my parked car after dinner and someone managed to hit the rear bumper and crack in right above the license plate.

Luckily no trunk damage so now looking to replace the rear bumper. Since the jerk did not leave a note this will be coming out of my pocket so just thinking what Alternatives do I have besides using another AP2 rear bumper......

Ideas or suggestions? If you guys can post pics of what you have that would greatly help

thanks in advance,
rick

Impossible. It doesn't crack. It's very flexible.

My girlfriend's S also got hit in the rear and she bought an INGS rear bumper. I think it's the hottest looking rear out there.
Her bumper was also cracked right above the license plate. Both estimates compensated for a brand new bumper + paint.

you will have to verify fitment of the new bumper. then expect >$300 to have the thingy painted.

find someone parting out a car the same color year as yours, especially in your area as shipping is a bitch. try car-parts.com?

I believe the pic I posted is an AP2. I didn't see any difference between the AP1 and AP2 behind the bumper, so I'd imagine that it would fit no problem. I have not test fitted her bumper tho, so I'm not 100% sure.

I've always though that the body kits for the S were AP1/AP2 compatible.

The only things I've known to be a problem were the rear diffusers.
