they are very close to not matter. stock 16" is 811 rev/mi. '04 17" 816 rev/mi. only a .2 inch difference in overall diameter(tire/wheel combo). if you wear the stock 16" tires down .2" it would be identical.

Also, your turning radius will be effected. It will take a wider turn to make a U with the 17's. Honda didn't print this in their new broshure.

I have to agree with this one -- unless there are clearance issues, swapping one set of wheels for another will make no difference whatsoever in turning radius.

If the '04 has a wider turning radius than the '03, it's because of its slower steering ratio, not because of the 17" wheels.
