Does anyone know if the MY 2004 17" factory wheels will fit on MY '00 - '03?

OK, I assume they have similar offsets, but then keeping the performance in mind:
what tires and sizes would you use, lower pofile to keep the same outside diameter ? and would you need to lower the car ? also possibly different wheel alignment ?

When Honda changed over to 17" wheels of MY04, they also modifed other parts of the suspension as well. Check this out before doing this mod.

Anyone know the REV's per mile on the 2004 245/40 17" Bridgestone Potenza RE050?

The 00-03 REV's per mile on the 225/50 16" Bridgestone Potenza S-02 is 840. As per TireRack.com

140AA 1389lbs. 44psi 10/32nds 6-8" 7" 9.2" 8.5" 24.8" 840

The stock 00-03 wheels would be MUCH easier to keep clean

Some of you guys are way too anal about wheels and tires for the S2000. It's pretty bad when you question Honda's wheel fitment on their own car. Why wouldn't 04 wheels fit on an 00-03? They are the same car.

Because they aren't the same car. You may want to look into everything that was changed with the suspension before saying something like that.
