Which Muz Mat should I get?
#12
SarasotaRed,
Thanks for the pic. That really helps me out.
Hockey,
Thanks for the offer. I think that I have made my mind up though. I don't want to waste your time.
Thanks again,
Jerry
PS: I just ordered my mat and my confirmation stated that shipping could take 3-4 weeks. How long did it take most of you to receive your items from Muz.

thx for the link...
i have to tell you guys, i never see that mat (it is pretty much hidden under the top)- and it looks like i have the cheap version. mine works just great- 3.5 years and i still have a new rear window and top.
it does take awhile to get stuff from australia- but its worth the wait.
muz does good stuff-

Hey Jerry,
3-4 weeks sounds about right. It does take some time, but is worth the wait.
SSS2k,
Do it. You are sanding down the clear plastic as it sits folded against the rear deck and bounces as you go down the road. The mat will spare you of further damage. YES, you can save/repair what you have with a number of acrylic polishes and scratch removers.
I personally use Blue Magic - Scratch Remover and Acrylic Polish (or something like that since I don't have the bottle in front of me). It helps to clear up fogging and removes minor scratches.
Both items are worth the investment.
