My complaints are; no voice command to start and stop the car. You have to fill up gas and check for oil at every fill up or at least once a week. No navigation system and no fly by wire system control. There is so much more but I can't think of them now. Wait, I change my mind. There's nothing wrong with it

As others have indicated for myself I have no real complaints, I think the S2000 is an amazing car, however, adb280z asked what was irritating, and here are mine.

#1- An open top car sold in the Northeast MUST have a heated seat option. As a long time BMW fan this amazing lack of thought rattles me. Honda, what were you thinking? Oh wait, you were not thinking.

#2- Seats sit too high. I'm not a tall guy and I sit too high. Some of my friends who are taller look sort of silly in the car because the top of their head is higher than the top of the front window. Honda has gone to all the trouble to give the American market more torque because we seem to want it, and yet they can't use some American body type ergonomics?

The fuel and trunk releases are where they are so that one can leave the top down when the car is parked and unattended.

Lock your door and it's that much harder for someone to dump sugar in your gas tank. Lock the center compartment and it's that much harder to steal stuff out of your trunk.

Although these "features" are annoying, they are rather clever when you look at it from a security standpoint.

I wish it ran on hydrogen fuel cells and had the ability to transform into a hideous sulfur-belching troll when parked and an undesirable approached.

Oh and maybe a built in sandwich dispenser.

Oh, I forgot, and this might just be my car, but my keyless entry sucks, I practically have to be leaning on the car for it to work, and no the battery doesn't need to be replaced. Also I agree that weight is the enemy, it should have had a clubsport option with no A/C, CC, stereo, manual top, less sound deadening material, and a pair of lightwieght racing buckets.

Yeah, keyless range is crap at best.

But I do like on the 04 (not sure if on previous models), if you unlock the driver's door, and hold the key for a second, it'll also unlock the passenger door.
