More females than males buy S2000?

There is only 1 s2000 up here that is owned by a female. The rest are all owned by old dudes. Then there is me and 1other relatively young people who own them. I think Forbes is full of crap.

Speaking personally, from observations of myself and several others around this semi-tropical retirees' paradise, there is a large contingent of S2000 owners who are superannuated, bald-headed, potbellied testosterone-deprived males. This one, in particular, turns 70 in September, but remains happy to have owned this 2002 New Formula Red for 6 years and two months, and is still counting.

First of all if I look here in Sweden, maybe two thirds of all cars are owned by men. I guess the US isn't very much different. That makes the statistics even more hard to believe.
It might be an insurance thing tho, putting the car on a person that gives better insurance fees are pretty common.

How much overweight? Some of us middle-aged women are pretty hot!
If you're 5'9", anything over 130 pounds is overweight.

Actually, I was joking, Marcus. Years ago, the formula was 100 lbs for the first 5', then 4-6 lbs for each inch over, for small-large frame. So, with the formula, the 5'2" woman would be 108-112 and the 5'9" woman would be 138-154. I think that is reasonable. It doesn't work for many women today, though.
