Monthly payments for a new s2000???

420 a month ,60 months 5.9% ,traded in my 99 civic that was payied off

$280 a month at 6.5%

I still think this is way to much for a car payment. I am used to under $200 month payments. This is the first car where I had to pay over $200 a month. If I were to pay over $400 a month you better be damn sure I am driving in a Ferrari 355 or Porsche 911(2002 models).

I feel like the only one "in the middle" in terms of down payment here.

$5800 down ($5000 + a trade-in). 5.4% for 60 mos. $530/mo. Paid $500 below MSRP.

The only extra I purchased was the extended warranty. Considering I thought I'd be using by CU at 5.79%, when Honda offered me 5.4, it only "felt" like the warranty cost me $1.50 a month.

I considered leasing. It would have only saved me $85 a month and I would have had to give the car back.

just got mine today
30k on the car at 5.19 percent for 60 months. about 569 a month.
i also got a shift knob and wheel locks

$1020/mth (CAD) 8.1% (HSBC) 60mths loan, $3,300 (CAD) downpayment.
bought S for $53,300 (CAD) on the road... my buddy owns the dealership :>.

That sounds like the trade in value of my car there (the $800).
