That NSX looks nothing like MCB to me.
MCB is darker than that and in certain bright sunlit conditions can even have the slightest tinge of purple hue to the blue if that makes sense. Anyone with an MCB will know what I mean.

It depends on what year NSX you are talking about. Some years the NSX offered "Monte Carlo Blue" but now it offers "Long Beach Blue Pearl" which is darker than the Suzuka Blue and lighter than the Monte Carlo Blue.
