Default Monte Carlo Blue...

hey guys,

i'm wondering if i'm the only one that's taken on an interest in this color for the S2K. the reason i'm asking is because i'm wondering if there's any way a large forum like this could persuade or convince Honda of North America to introduce a USDM 2003 Monte Carlo Blue S2000. i would love to pick up an S2000 this summer, but if there was some kind of hope that the Monte Carlo Blue was coming to our shores, i wouldn't mind a little waiting.

any ideas or anyone interested?

you are definitely not the only one, alot of people interest in MC blue...

IMHO, one of the reason why we all like and want MC blue so much...is because we can't get it.

but I still agreed with you, we should all do something to bring that color to the states.
I will be the first one to support this movement.

also please no amber corner and amber side mark on MY2003 please, amber cover look awful on MC blue IMO.

That is a very nice color for the S2k. I'd love to have one of those

Why don't we turn this thread into a petition and email it to Honda.

I hate not being able to get what I want

That being said, the Monte Carlo blue is a very desirable on the NSX, and is often paid a premium for. I see Honda has no inhibition in painting numerous Insights MCB. Hopefully, it will make it to the S2000 with time.

Regards,

MC blue is a beautiful color. I'd buy one if they brought it here.

MCB was the favorite of both me and my wife, and we were quite disappointed it wasn't available. In fact, a USDM MCB is the about the only year-on-year upgrade for which I'd consider trading in my baby. Count me in on your petition!

Is there any real reason why Honda doesn't offer it here?
