Default mobile 1

I need to change my oil soon. should i put 10-30 or 5-30??
I need to replace my clutch? should i go with ACT or Excedy?

10W-30. 5w-30 is not necessary for your conditions.

How is Royal Purple?
I have it in right now but am thinking on switching to Moble 1.
I heard Royal Purple is actully bad for the car.

I've herd it burns off real quick, not very good for the S2000.

I run Dino oil, why?

S2ks burn oil and synthetic burns alot easier then non-synthetic (makes for less gunk build-up if your burning less oil).
I religiously change my oil every 2500-3000 miles.
The only advantage you can get out of synthetic oil is its heat tolernace/extended life. On this note I can see synthetic being a better option for a turbocharged s2k.

In the end my oil is half the cost, barely gets 'burned-up' by the engine, and works just as good in my near-stock engine.

If I were to run synthetic I would atleast go with a fluid better then mobil1.
