While I am an attorney, I freely admit to knowing very little IP law. However, I have a number of friends who practice exactly that. If you need a referral drop me a note and I'll put you in touch with the right people.

Strike - What's my point? My point is that the words of someone banned from this site are important enough for someone else to post. It's also strange that once banned, all of the posts by that person remain. Shouldn't they all be deleted?? By banning someone, isn't management saying that person has nothing constructive to say?

I think a good start may be to contact their attorney and ask them what they consider acceptable. If that doesn't work, call a local TV station. They'd love a good story, and Honda would hate the bad press!
