Ok. So by adding the T1R 70mm and Megan header, you went from 190 rwhp to 212 rwhp, correct?
I went to 207 HP with VAFCII Tune on stock air box/filter did 212 with the air box I made
It made 5 to 6 HP. over the full RPM range toped out at 5HP. at 9008 RPM's when the EMS cut out the fuel
It made an increase in TQ. of 5 to 6 foot lbs over the full RPM range with an 8 foot lb. increase at 3200 RPM's
AND I DO HAVE PROOF OF THE GAIN!!!! When the charts are sent to me I will post the before run with stock air box and filter..... and the after run with my air box

I'm kind of confused. What I'm trying to find out is how much rwhp did the Megan header add.

Anyone know what most shops would charge for a header install? I'm lazy...

I am sorry for the off topic track this has gone. I Pmed the other member about the air box.
As for the Megan header, I have had good luck with it. I think there is a power gain with it but, I did not do a before and after run on just the header. There is a weight loss with the Megan and if you wrap it like I did, it is as quite as the stock header. I think you will have good luck with it as well. It is not hard to install the header your self, or you can check in your local forum to see if a member can help you install it. We have

Hey guys
Please do a search here on S2KI (Florida forum) on PuddyMods or PuddyMod ram-jet, ram air box ect.
You will find a lot of the info on the stuff I make
I am blown away by how many PM's I have and must say a bit overwhelmed

I had a Mugen header on my Evo and it was a very nice piece. I was very impressed with the quality.

Mugen and Megan are two different companies.

There was a supercharger/megan header dyno - lost 2 rwhp but the dyno showed .71 lbs of boost less (from slipping belt) and the temperature was 20 degrees higher as well. Under the same boost/temp, there would have been a nice gain.

With tuning, it'll be a nice header for any application.

Header is a really easy install, I was able to put one on without tipping the block or jacking the block ( whatever it is called) it fit in with some motivation but it went in. As far as power, I know for sure I gained some midrange and that should be unlikely with just exhaust. It def made my car louder though!!
