Major reduction in rear gear set prices: an even great value in performance gains

Incubus and STL....
In my experience i.e. running with newer s2ks, talking with a couple tuners that work alot on s2ks and some threads on the boards, the my02 ECU is tuned much more aggressively than the 00 and 01. Maybe Honda did some testing, tune and tweaking, but whatever the case the 02s consistantly dyno higher and perform better (from what I have noticed when driving with these guys). I was going to get an ECU but dealers are reluctant to do this b/c its a PIA to reprogram the immobilizer. However, Jeff aka Hardtopguy (from Ganley Honda) is willing to do it. So, I am driving from VA to Ohio, using vacation time and getting this, the oil bolts, and 4.4 gears done sometime later this month.

Got it Tenblade,
Hey, could you do a Dyno on the ECU alone. Like before and after. Then give us a rounded off price (though it would be off because you "know a guy").
I'm interested in the ECU swap.

The offer still stands if you want to take my car for a test spin to get a feel for the gears.

With a 4.44 install, I'd actually be around 4.6 due to my 24-inch T1-S' so that might be a very sweet compromise between the two offerings. Hmmmmm. Is this the mod de jour? As Jim Carrey would say, "sounds good!"
