well i had some magnaflow mufflers cut in a couple months ago. I think they sound great. Not TOO loud yet still aggressive enough to turn heads. The drone is very minimal. I finally got a couple vids. The are taken using my friends digi cam so they aren't perfect. My friend decided to put his digi cam on "compress" mode so the vid quality isn't great but the audio is good enough to get an idea.

Other "noise" mods are a K&N FIPK and megan test pipe.

How do they compare,with Fujitsobo,and Comptech?
I know,Comptech uses magnaflow.

 

to be honest, i haven't heard either of those in person so i couldn't tell ya. I got this done for under 300 (price of mufflers and install). I'm sure the comptech exhaust will be a little louder considering they have larger pipes and probably a smaller resonator. I only replaced the mufflers. I did this to satisfy my mod bug. I'm eventually going to go with a complete system but i'm unsure which one i'm going to go with. I also don't know wether or not i want to stay dual or go single. I figure i'll keep these on for now, hit a bunch of meets this summer. Hear as many systems as i can in person and then decide.

I personally haven't heard my car from the outside (well now i have on these clips) but my buddy who did the filming said it's quite a bit louder then the vid shows. The mic on his digi cam isn't the greatest for sound capture.

I wanted to get a few more with me starting a bit closer but it was FREEZING that day and my buddy didn't want to stand out there for that long (such a wuss). once it warms up i'll get some better vids with a better cam.

 

Sounds pretty good! I was laughing during the drive by video because I was waiting to hear your car and then the FedEx truck went past. I was like "damn, those Magnaflows sound weird while driving"

 

I did the same thing. Id say the noise level is between a invida and a fuji. IMO
