Lumbar Issues In S2k?

Lumbar Issues In S2k?
I just picked up a 2001 S2000 and I have one concern. The lumbar in the drivers seat seems a little too firm. It is my 2nd day in the car and my lower back aches a little. I had a Audi TT which did not effect my back at all. Of course the S2K has a little bit more of a sporting intention.
I called another dealer and the fleet manager told me that the aching has happened to a few of his clients but it went away when your back gets use to it?!?!?!?
I ink the final signatures on my leasing papers tomorrow so any comments about 3rd party or personal experience would be great. I am just looking for some reassurance or if any one else had a problem with it if they had a solution?
THANKS FOR ALL THOSE WHO HELP ME OUT!

Not reassurance, but the lumbar support is not what I am used to either. I have adjustable lumbar support on my other car that is very nice and much better for long drives.
I took my mother out in the S2000. She has had a bad back for several years. After an hour drive her back hurt and she had to lay down for a couple hours. Back in 94 she had a new Porsche 928 GTS and my father had to take the car back in after a couple weeks due to her back going out all the time. Low cars and bad backs just don't go together.

I had a sore back for almost 3 weeks after first getting the S... I wasn't used to the stiff suspension and my back had to go through a lot of adjustment...now my back is fine, doesn't hurt at all, not even on long drives (I use my car as a daily driver, so I'm in it alot)...
so don't worry, you won't be permanently crippled or in perpetual pain....just take some ibuprofen or Tylenol and wait it out..

Lumbar support?...are you kidding?....I was in my S for a three hour trip over the holiday and when I got out of the car every bone in my back cracked and it was all I could do to stand upright.I love the car,but it sucks on long trips.

Thanks everyone for your responses. I just signed the papers this morning. Residual Guaranteed, Perpetual Earnings deduction, first born, yadda yadda sign on the dotted line. The S2K is a great car and I was hesitant going from my Audi TT to the tighter more confined cockpit and of course the back ache.
My lease company will allow lease transfers so if it persists there is always swapalease.com!
Above 6K RPM with the top down is sweet music!
THANKS AGAIN!

On my weekend trip this past Memorial Day, I folded up a small towel and planted it just at my lower back, and it made a world of difference. Now all I need is to replace the towel with a pillow of red leather and I'll be set! (Rick????)
