Lowest Top Down Temp Thus Far this Fall?
#42
doesn't the manual tell you not to put the top down if the temp is less than 50?
Not only can you crack the plastic window, but our tops are a plastic/vinyl, and when its cold it doesn't fold and stretch easily. You can EASILY rip/punch a hole in the top with the frame.
Haven't any of you noticed that when the temps are cold that your top doesn't go down as far as it normally does?

I had it down last week at night at about 42 degrees. I won't go under 40 degrees with the top down and even at 40 degrees I'll be in my jacket, leather gloves and hat.
There was a time last winter when I went top down under 32 degrees with light snow falling just to get some funny looks from people!

I dont know what the temp was when these pics were taken, but this was back in March when VintageMac and I pre-drove a route for a groupdrive. Yes, that is falling/blowing snow you see in the pics.
It was really cold though!
