In light of the proliferation of FUD on this board in the past few weeks, I just want to take a second to say that I have had my S2000 since April, 2000 and have never had a single problem with the car.

I drive it hard every weekend in rain/sleet/snow/sun/whatever. I have taken it up to the mountains for snowboarding almost every weekend since christmas. All I do is clean it from time to time and change the oil. The rest is pure driving pleasure. Just thought I'd share.

 

Had mine since 10/99, 26k miles, no problems that can be attributed to Honda. There were the two idiots that ran into me but I don't blame Honda for them, I blame CA for licensing them to drive.

 

Same here. I've had mine since Oct. '99 and everything is still sweet except the hydroplaning rear tires.

 

No, not a single issue here...almost 22k miles, not had problem number one. Stronger than ever!!

Hey, what does the 'D' in FUD stand for? I think I got the FU part...but I don't know what the D is for...

Ditto. The transmission is butter smooth now. All I have is the noisy clutch when I decelerate but that doesn't bother me.
