Don't hate the manufacturer, my honda dealers service manager is a god! It all depends on the dealer. They have a Honda franchise but that doesn't mean they all do business the same. Get on the phone and complain to Honda of America. The WILL listen. They are quite concerned with their reputation and want to know how their dealers are doing. I went through this sort of thing with a VW, the dealer network was horrible, to get ANYthing done you had to cal VW USA, and those guys were pretty worthless too. Honda is probably the BEST manufacturer I have delt with.
