Invidia with silencers or Spoon N1 with silencers..

Here's my story:

I currently have the Spoon N1 single exit, with silencer. However local law enforcement are becoming real pests and stopping me far too frequent with my Spoon. Three times in the last two weeks.. The last two times they both told me it was ILLEGAL which of course I disputed.

I am contemplating but really do not want to commit to going the quieter more expensive Mugen route.. as Invidia is where my heart is.. I just love the sound over my Spoon.

so does anyone have any experience of knowing if inside/outside the cockpit , the invidia is louder ?

My reasoning is that I really do not want law enforcement to dictate my tastes. But at the same time, I don't want anything louder that the spoon as inside without silencers, my ears bust.. I use the silencer 100% of the time..

the invidia is loud. plan and simple. i havn't been inside a car with it yet. but i have heard it from outside. i have been in a car with spoon and outside with spoon and it doesn't sound near as loud as the invidia .

 

Take a look at the Fujitsubo. It's in the same price range as the Invidia. People are saying that it's not nearly as loud. I have the Spoon, and I love it(without a silencer). I have to get rid of mine also. Just too much hasle driving in everyday life. My neighbors hate me, the cops hate me, and I think I'm going tone def. They just dropped the price on the Amuse! It's always an option.

 

Dude, i have an invidia and have driven cars with the spoon N1 with and without the silencers. BY A LONGSHOT, the spoon is WAAAAAAAAAY louder. After a few minutes driving a spoon equipped car, my head was ringing. Put it this way, the Spoon with the silencer in, sounds like the invidia with the silencers out.

hey blue, if you run a test pipe with the spoon, it will take away a lot of the droning. bigballz from Metro nyc has the spoon with the test pipe and his car got really quiet with this thing on. without the test pipe, the Spoon BOOMS way to much.

 

really? i would of thought it made it louder

 

for some reason it's quiter at WOT. Kareem's spoon sounds like a sick dremel tool at WOT with the test pipe. when paul had a spoon exhaust with the vortech without the test pipe, his car sounded like a ing fighter jet.
