I say just wait and keep looking for the right one. It took me a good 6 months to find the exact one I wanted so I have to regrets.

Compared to NC prices thoes cars are over priced. Here is one on autotrader near where i live.

I would go buy that car right now but i am going to wait for my insurance to drop (I am 18). The link i just sent you is a good deal in my area i have been looking at prices for about 2 months now.

i am selling mine, shoot me an offer. 00 with under 86k. just did a lot of work on it... nothing major, just stuff i felt it needed i.e. oil bolt replacement... things of that nature.

Wow. It seems that theres been alot of s2k's popping up recently where I'm looking. The bad thing is that all of them are marked up at least $4-5k over blue book value. Seems like this isn't the best time to buy right now. Guess I'll wait a couple of months till the temps reach 120 degrees and people are more willing to budge on their prices.

just search "salvage title" thats where all the deals are at!

if it were civics i wouldnt mind salvaged title but since s2k is a sport car i would definitely not want a wrecked s2k. but theft recovery is fine as long as nothing extensive. good luck searching
