Default Looking for car cover for S2000.

I would like to hear recommendations from people who have or have used or know of decent car covers for the S2000. Obviously something breathable so it won't trap moisture underneath, something waterproof (for storing outside, in case it rains, etc), and something that will not scratch the car obviously. Any help greatly appreciated.

I'm your man. I have one used twice in the garage that needs to go. It's the fitted S2000 one with the mirrors and the antenna pockets. It's extremely soft on the inside, like casmere soft. So worries about scratching at all. $229 at the dealer. Make an offer.

Covercraft is one of the top manufacturers, you can visit their site at
covercraft.com. they make a wide variety of covers. You have to order
from a retailer, try carcoverworld.com or autoanything.com.

I have the Honda car cover, but it is not weather proof. I just
ordered the Weathershield (covercraft) from autoanything.com.

The weathershield material is supposed to have the least water
absorption of any car cover, but it is a single layer cover, whereas
other fabrics are multilayer, giving better paint/body protection from
dings etc.

good hunting.

Try California Car Covers, that's what Iv'e got. Mine is the plush version flannel inside very soft. Custom fit for s2000 with antenna pocket and mirrors. Paid $149.00 plus $5.00 for bag and $14.95 shipping.

I don't think its weatherproof. Its more like a very heavy cloth. I'm sure it would not repel water. It was never used outside, only in the garage.

I've got one from HandA Accessories (http://www.handa-accessories.com/s2000.html) and am quite happy with it.

"Constructed of a poly/cotton fabric, the soft breathable cover helps protect paint from the environment and prevents moisture from condensing underneath. Soft inner fabric surface helps to guard against scratching the finish. Includes handy storage bag. List Price $229.00."

They charge $166.80 plus S&H.
