This car was discussed a few weeks ago in another thread. I am familiar with it because I saw the listing as I was seeking my now new to me 2004. Advice was similar to what’s discussed here.

Armrest on my 2006 console aft of the cup holders is perforated leather in the same pattern as the seat mid bottom sections and interior door handle covers that show in the photos. This appears to be non-perforated and non-OEM.
Rust can be indicative of a ocean cost environment and outdoor parking (location) but the interior looks more like high wear and indifferent maintenance.

I messaged them about the car but haven't heard back. They probably know that it isn't clean and maybe trying to find a buyer who isn't an S2000 enthusiast and won't inspect it thoroughly. We'll see, maybe they'll respond with the images I requested, I'll provide an update if that happens.

That's also a replacement soft top (though it looks pretty nicely done).
Anyway to be fair, all these visible issues are cosmetic. A test drive will tell how solid the chassis, drivetrain and suspension are. Assuming the mileage is correct, those things are probably fine.
So I'd say the price they're asking is too high given the car's flaws; but talk them down to, say, mid/upper $20's, and this car could be a perfect daily driver. Remember the '06-'07 suspension was the comfiest of all the S2000 models.
