On topic: Sections of the ozarks are pretty nice but somewhat out of your way.
Off Topic: I can fit maybe a weeks worth of clothes (whether its a hanging bag or not) into the back of my S. I'm not sure if i could fit clothes for 2 people in there for that long of a trip. But then again, i guess there's always FedEx?

I also highly recommend satellite radio (Sirius) for those long drives. Sure beats changing CDs every hour.

I might buy an ipod this weekend...but my deck doesnt have a hookup for it. I dont think it does. Not a direct one anyway, it has an AUX option tho. *shrug* And those radio trancievers for the ipod arent always the best.

Hmm, looks like I'll be hittin up the WTD by myself, hahaha. I figure it would be a good experience since I'll probably never be in that part of the country again. Anything I should be on the lookout for or be careful of???

Otherwise, you've got a ditch on one side and a steep drop-off on the other. Stay in control.
Have fun!

I agree with others that say to bring earplugs. This car (stock) is a bit loud top up or down. Wearing earplugs on longer stretches will help reduce some of the fatigue.

Earplugs eh?? Hmm...well, my exhaust is far from stock. I believe T1R is one of the loudest...other than Invidia and such. The drive from Seattle to Houston didnt seem to bother me too much as far as sound goes. Since I didnt have a passenger, I just blasted the music or enjoyed the sound of the machine. I'll try it out tho.
