I've only heard the regular Amuse dual, and it definitely resonates between 3-4K RPMs. Don't know if the "Extra" will fix that, but is it really worth an extra $1K?

Regarding the tips, I wanna say that there is a "Euro" version of the Amuse that has more "finished" tips.

appears to be about the same price as the mugen... 1500ish vs 1800ish? frankly, that seems like a lot for some titanium or stainless pipes, but what the hey.

yea but the amuse dual weighs 15lbs less than mugen and the amuse single weighs 21lbs less...For max weight loss it gets expensive

interesting, you're right - i didn't realize from the tiny pics i saw before that the 'euro' had a different tip. it looks great ! (imo) :

there appears to be a single version of the euro as well at 5.8kg. anyone here with the 'euro' version that can comment on the noise?

The Mugen dual is the closest in db to the stock. Fujitsubo being the second closest. Both sound great, and near stock, lose some lbs. Difference is Mugen is subtle, matte, whereas the Fujitsubo is bling bling.

My dual ARC is not that loud toooo.
It's light, almost the same weight as the Amuse Dual R1 but sounds quieter.
I have one for sale, PM me if you're interested.

The price sheet I saw on the "Extra" (with the extra resonator) was closer to $2800. The regular R1 Titans are closer to 2K, IIRC. And the Mugen, as you stated is around $1500.

Amuse is the best exhaust for the S2000 period.
