light AND quiet exhaust?
ok, please no 'search' or 'u suck at the internet' replies. i have searched a lot, done some research, but can't find anything that really is what i'm looking for. maybe it doesn't exhist :
is there an exhaust for the s2k that is NEARLY as quiet as stock (it can be a bit louder) that saves a significant amount of weight and doesn't lose any power? seems obvious that the singles are the lightest, but they also seem to be the loudest.
price is not really an object but looks and sound are. it can't be loud, and it can't look like a thin tube rolled out of a burnt frying pan.
i have seen conflicting reports on how loud the supersprint is... weight?
fujitsubo looks good but a 10 pound weight gain isn't worth it to me.
the spugen single titanium is light and cheap but their systems seem loud to me (from the website) and i can't stand the way the titanium tip looks. perhaps the stainless tip can be fitted to the ti exhaust?
mugen looks great, supposedly quiet... but little to no power gains and not light. (or is it?)
thanks in advance for any input from people who have heard a number of exhausts on the s!

Mugen is half the weight of the OEM. It's supposed to give 1-2 additional hp as well, though it probably won't be noticeable.

The only aftermarket exhaust that I would put on my car (and did) is the Mugen. They are significantly lighter than stock and have a deeper, slightly louder tone. All of the single exhausts that I have heard are noticeably louder than mine (and some much lighter). Some give better power than the Mugen but I would not want them on a daily driver. This is a pretty subjective area, so listen to some yourself and see what you can live with.

But it looks really great on the S2000s! Looks almost OEM for the 2004+ S2000s.

amuse r1 titan.. not the r1000.. i have it on my car and its much more quiet than most single system out there.. as far as $$, prepare to get your wallet rapped..
stay away from the r1 basic model if you want quiet.
