Leather Shift Knob

As much as I *love* the shift feel in my S2000, I'm used to fine, very slightly padded leather shift knobs. Has anyone produced a leather knob that fits our car? I've seriously thought about the voodoo pearl spherical knob - it's a much better shape for me than the stock knob, but I would also like a leather knob.
