Default Leaking softtop seals

After a good nights rain water collects in the top seals )between the window and the roof), and when i brake - it comes dripping out of some hole... is it a warranty issue? can i get those seals changed for free?

Yes, Honda should fix that under warranty being that your car is an 06 model. I had my top replaced (under warranty) 5 months ago and shortly afterwards my seals started to leak. I took it back in and they fixed it no questions. No worries, you should be fine.
