Maybe we're not the haters, but you're the one hating on that guy's kid, envious of the fact that the kid has a cool dad unlike yours.

That statement was blatantly rhetorical, but retarded logic must be dealt with in a retarded manner.

you guys are just typical haters to someone that doesnt use this site as much as others. i see it all the time on here. since im not a member im the one thats wrong when some dude drives his kid around in his s2000. just not something a normal person would do. and if you would then you obvisouly lack some commen sense. you can enjoy time with your kid many other ways then driving around town in your s2000. but yeah you can do whatever you want and say whatever you want. you guys are the memebers so you automatically are better and cooler then i am lol.. im not internet bench racing, im just trying to say it seems wrong to me. maybe just the way i was brought up. and airbag cut off, yeah well like originally stated i thought it was an ap1. my mistake. also didnt know 06+ has airbag shut off. still doesnt make it safe in my eyes. but do as you please.

OP =

It's people like you that perpetuate the "stupid Honda ricer boi" stereotype. Stop that shit. The AP2s have the airbag shutoff, your arguments are fallacies.

Oh I see, trying to pull the Military card...

I've been in the USN for 10 years, working on F-14B Tomcats and F/A-18F Super Hornets. I appreciate your service, but that has nothing to do with anything right now.

And, the Army needs to do a better job of educating people.

First, recent crash data show that children 15 years and under have a 40% lower risk of serious injury in the back seat compared to the front seat (Durbin et al., 2005). This increased risk occurs because the front passenger compartment is more likely to have intrusion than the back seat area in frontal crashes, which are the most common type. Consequently, FMVSS 213 requires manufacturers to say in their instructions “that, according to crash statistics, children are safer when properly restrained in the rear seating positions than in the front seating positions.”
Obviously this testing was conducted on 2 row seating cars, not single row seating convertibles.

Bunk.

It has nothing to do with you being a member. For someone to jump on here to assume something that you have no idea about is what the issue is. Not to mention, telling someone how they should/shouldn't raise their kids.

You still never answered my question on how a civic/sub-compact car is better than a S2000 in regards to safety from a larger vehicle.
dude the civic is way more superoir in saftery then the s2000, curtain airbags that cover the windows first off all. ACE body structure, won the 2006 highest crash rating.. i may sound stupid in some post but you make me sound smart.
[/quote]

Correction you sound stupid in SOME posts, you sound like a little bitch in the rest.
