Did you load the suspension before torquing everything down to spec?

Blue springs? I have the KG/MM Race springs, which lowers the car approximately 1.4in. My springs are gold. Maybe you bought the KG/MM Sport springs and you don't notice much of a drop.

The supersports will settle to almost an inch lower than stock. It took a little while though before they settled completely. IMHO this is the perfect lowering without sacrificing too much ride quality

Before

After

What do you think? I think it looks very good with little to no sacrifice in handling.

Oh and make sure like a previous post said. You must preload the suspension before torquing the bolts to their proper settings. I fabricated a piece of 2X4 that would sit on the top of my hydraulic jack. In the top was a hole that the castle nut on the bottom a-arm would fit into. I slowly raise the suspension with everything in place until the side i was jacking raised ever so slightly off of its jack stand. Then and only then did i torque the top and bottom bolts to their given torque settings.

What shocks do you have? There was a thread in the photo gallery where someone went the KG/mm and Koni combo but their car still looked high. It turned out that their shocks were set to the wrong perch and when this was corrected the problem was solved.

What is preloading, is it necessary, and will the shop know to do it? I saw an S200 that had Neuspeed lowering springs on it, installed where I'm going to get mine installed, but never heard of it. Is it done only with S2000's?
