I know it seems silly, and I'm probably going to get flamed for it!... but the "Lap Flap" really works well. With colder weather setting in, our significant others aren't too enthused about the top-down rides they enjoyed all summer, but Jack Frost needn't ruin our fun!

The Lap Flap an adjustable insulated shroud that attaches under the dash and covers your lap to your waist. It serves two functions: blocks the cold air circulating in the cabin and traps the heat from the footwell vents. To adjust the shroud, simply unsnap the velcro and move it backward or forward. With a coat, she'll be comfortable all winter long!

Yeah, a blanket helps, but this actually traps the air from the heater. Also, it stays up off your feet, so it can be used by the driver without interference.

This might actually work... however, your passenger will get warm and toasty, even sweating, while the driver is still freezing top down. Too bad the S did not come with dual climate controls.

LOL ill stick to the blanket idea.

but i havent road with my top down too often. i dont have my plates yet.
still temp tag, so ride with the top down when im in neighborhoods.

but thinking about this.... is a great idea. would have been even greater if the driver side
has one, or can it be used on both sides?
