Just saying hello!
Hi all, i've been into S2000's for a long long time and now the time has come.
For the last month i've been actively searching for a car that i can swing, as
well as trying to sell my other car (04 SRT-4, see my other posts)
I've only been involved with these cars for the last 2 months or so, and i must
already say thank you for all the info that this site has given me.
The search function doesnt work so well for me just yet, but i'll learn it eventually.
Anyway i'm in the Long Island area and i just wanted to say hello and see if
i could find some members to meet up with or something.
So once again, hi, and welcome me damnit!

just fill out one of those online request forms, stating that you're looking for an s2000.... and within a week you'll get all these dealerships calling you up giving you quotes and setting up appointments with you..

BY a s2000, you can find 00-01 for like 17000 from what I have seen. They will also keep the value way better then that Dodge srt-4
anyway, i was going to trade the car in but well, ya know.
i'm about to put it on ebay i think in a couple of days.
i'm not really concerned too much with how torquey they are, i'm kinda
done with speed now. i would love a 2002 but i cant find any around here for
less than like 24 or so, and i'd really only like to spend 20 - do you think that's
reasonable, or should i should for an 00 or 01?

i was also thinking about venturing a little further out - i've only really been looking into cars that i can actually drive to...
how much is shipping from far away places (like california or something) on a car?
