Just ran a compression test today
For my test, the results are
1 - 240
2- 235
3- 240
4- 245
I searched the forum and saw that alot of other peoples numbers were alot lower then mines, is there something wrong with the engine?
My car is a 2004 with 14k miles on it. The only minor engine mod would be the Comptech Exhuast.
Thanks guys

the number will change due to: brand of gauge, condition of the battery, number of crank, mean/peak number, number of runs, temperture, sparkplug, wet/dry,etc.
most people only post the highest number, some people do a max out run vs a constant number runs, so there's more to it than just a number.
for example, i did a 9 crank runs on a brand new 06 a year ago and it pulled 215 all four cylinder, i know the my gauge reads low(someone still has my snap on gauge ), the spark plug are in(more resistance to turn), but 215 was actaully a good baseline number for my set up.
after compression tested a bunch of f20 and f22's i know my set up reads low, but the most important thing is the % of difference between cylinders.
your number looks good, the percentage is well within the 5 percent mark
