Sounds like a lot of wasted money in leasing, you could have owned them by now and have no more payments...
Well if you talking to me, different strokes for different folks. We use a lot of miles (for an S2000 in Hawaii) and if I kept a car for 5 years, well,..... I'd have a high mileage 5 year old car. I'd rather have a new car with warranty.

Hi! I'm a repeat owner too.

My new one is my old one, so mine is a perfect repeat issue.

Traded my '03 NFR for an '04 Silverstone. Like the '04 alot more than the '03.

I'd be curious to know what makes you say that... and, no, I'm not one of those folks that likes to jump on the AP1 soapbox. I just like intelligent feedback from my fellow owners.

And, Colin, I can understand the strategy given your circumstances. I got a TL 6MT for my wife in Nov, but with the impending birth of our second child, she nows wants me to trade for the for Volvo V70 daily driver I'm using. Good news for me, indeed. TL as a DD and S2000 for sunny weekends.

It's all coming together.

Just curious, so why did you sell the SLK55?

Hey, Saab 9-3, welcome back! I've followed your saga of the now-departed SLK 55, and it sure speaks well about the fun factor of our little Honda.

How does the AP2 compare to your '02?
Thanks a lot Sun god Yes, it does speak volumes about the s2k. I could have kept the SLK if I really wanted to, but after having an S for 3 years it just didn't seem like a very good value. Before anyone says anything about how the SLK would spank the S2k, I know that- everyone knows that, but nobody bought this car because it is the fastest thing in the world.

I love the AP2, but I will have to do a little more driving to make a fair comparison (I have been out of town on business since yesterday morning so I haven't driven it since I drove home from the dealership...)

Oh, and on that note I am on my way back to the dealership- apparently when you buy your second S2000, they throw in a free set of spring spacers

saab,

The spring spacer issue seems to be making the rounds again. Saw another '05 with them still in the car. It's almost like going "full circle" on this, maybe theres new mechanics at dealerships doing PDIs?

Repeat owner here too. 2001 Spa Yellow -> 2002 Spa Yellow.

Congrats on your new purchase Saab 9-3.

Has any one person owned more than two S2000's?

I also agree there should be a repeat owners badge.
