I'm still worried about the hydrolock issue...

I live in Oklahoma, so it's not THAT rainy, but it does get that way sometimes. I would know to stay clear of puddles and all, but what if it's just really pourin' outside and I gotta drive?

I know there is a bypass valve, that little circular foam piece between the piping, but does that really prevent it? And if so, does that little piece make the AEM less effective?

What kind of cutting do you need when you get AEM installed? You made me want one too
The cutting freaked me out a bit, too. Its really not that bad and the gains are well worth it. You cut a little off the inner fender well and a little off the shroud cover ing the bottom of the engine bay. We used a hacksaw blade. You could use a exacto knife, too. Just plastic. Will definately solve the bog problem and looks very trick, too. Also, the sound is unreal....by the way I do not work for AEM, but if there is a product out there worth the mention, I will promote the hell out of it and this is one of those products.
