i just called my serviced deptl. here in savannah, just moved down here, first they had no idea what i was talking about and second they refused to schedule an appt. without a letter.

I posted earlier on another thread that my 00' was in the Honda service center for a top latch replacement TSB when the plug TSB hit the site -- took a copy of the TSB to them (they were unaware of it) and I undersand that they orderd the plugs .... there was not grief -- but I doubt that they checked the current plugs ... PS: I gave a copy of the TSB from this site to the service manager.
