Just bought "OEM" Lip... Bent and mangled

Greetings all.
I must say Daniel, your approach to this whole situation is rediculous. For starters, today is the first I was aware that there were any problems, until I recieved an email from paypal regarding a claim you filed. For all I knew, the item was still in transit as you have not wrote me back, since I sent you a PM to notify you that item was shipped. You have made no attempt to contact me in any form, since I shipped the item out, especially regarding the problems so apparently are having.
#1 You pm'd me regarding the AP1 lip I had for sale.
This is how the deal went, via pm's.

I gave you the best possible description of the lip that I could, and was nothing but 100% honest with you.
In the paypal claim you submitted, this is what you wrote:
#1: I didn't realize this wasn't a genuine honda oem part. I bought this lip which it was called an OEM lip. When i recieved it, it came bent in 5 places to fit in a bag they shipped it in. I layed it out on the floor, and it took it's shape back within a couple of mins. It's Urethane, it bends nor will it lose it's shape. I also mentioned in a PM I sent you that it was a bendable material.
#2: The lip was not damaged, nor was it "abused". I told you it was scratched and needed to be repainted. How hard is that to understand? Of course the scuffs are mostly on the bottom underside edge, these cars aren't exactly 4x4's.
#3: How can you say the lip is a different color other than the seller has specified? Re-read your pm's I posted up above, pal. I stated the lip was silverstone from the get go and it is silverstone. I also stated it was scuffed and needed to be repainted, which you said was no problem since you'd need to repaint it sebring.
#4: I applogize about the install pieces. You had asked about them in PM before you bought it, and I told you I would try and find the 4 screws that I had for it, and also mentioned you would need you purchase your own double sided tape as the stuff that was on it from being mounted to my car, can't be re-used. I totally forgot to find the 4 screws, but if you would have pm'd me to even let me know you recieved the item, I would have gladly sent them out to you. They are nothing special, just 4 ordinary screws that came with the lip that I mounted two on each end to the bumper.
#5: I packed it in a smaller box, as I knew the lip WAS bendable, and would not damage the shape of the lip in any way. Normally, I would never do this with a painted item, but where I thought you were clear on the lip being scratched, and needing to be repainted, not to mention you told me you were going to paint it a different color than it is, I knew the paints finish most likely wouldnt matter if it was damaged a bit anyways, as you'll need to strip the paint to repaint it anyways.
I have been a member on here for over a year now. Guest or member, it doesn't make a difference. I'm an honest guy, and you're trying to pull a fast one on me here bro.
Normally I'd tell you or anyone to chuck the box back in the mail, and I would gladly refund ALL of your money if there was a problem. You didn't even as so much attempt to contact me once, nor still haven't. All I get is a complaint via paypal, with false remarks made by you, this thread on here complaining about me as a terrible seller, and you knocking me in the good guy/bad guy thread. After the approach you have taken, i'm not prepared to do a single thing for you. I was NOTHING but honest with you.

Ordered a from lip spoiler from individual. Item ordered was labelled as "Honda OEM Used Front lip spoiler." Although I was expecting item to be used, the wear to the item was described as "minor," when in fact the item is severaly damaged and worn from abusive treatment. Lip is damaged across entire length of unit. Also, unit is of a different color than previously specified. Lip was originally described as being an "OEM Honda part," when in fact this itme is a replica. Also, seller described that the item would include all Hardware (screws, nuts, washers, etc.), non of which arrived with the item. Packing: Lip spoiler is more than 60 inches in length, and made-up of a polyurethane material. The seller twisted the item into a pretzel configuration, and stuffed the item into a vacuum box, no larger than 10"x24"x10". This horrendous packing technique caused further damage to the item, by creating irreversible creases in the material. I wish to receive a full refund, and will return the item to the seller, only if seller pays shipping charges (seller is located in Canada). Thank you.

Fraud, you've been a member on the forums for almost two years and with enough posts that you know what an OEM looks like. Don't try to tell us you didn't research the lip before you bought it and didn't know.
Also you did tell him you would send him screws with the lip, you did not say "I would try to." Honestly you took advantage of a member, exactly why they do not want guests to sell things through the website. Though I think that he should have contacted you before contacting paypal, I do not feel sorry for you, you put yourself at risk by not being upfront, while not all of his claims are true, the fact you were not honest about what you were selling and your shipping methods makes me think he deserves a full refund and for you to pay for the return shipping. I think the paypal protection might charge a $25 fee, that would be the downside. Hopefully people will learn that OEM parts, used or new do not go for very cheap.

However this went down, it was completely outside of S2Ki rules. The story here should only be taken into consideration as a warning to other people looking to do business outside of the rules, where the people who can step up to the plate won't.
This is a weird case anyway - dthondatune, you're just going to have to suck things up. If it doesn't work out, you're only out $150 - big deal. Maybe your paint shop can fix it. I've bought brand new urethane parts before that were mangled in the box. They find their form again with a little heat
