I agree with Rajun, you prob could have dropped the price, but you really won't care. I was gonna warn you about watching your tires, but coming from a Mustang you'll be fine. Welcome, you'll love it!

Not the best price out there. I've seen deals on used '04s with 4K miles on it for $24,000 (that would be considered a GOOD deal though imho). And '03s with about the same mileage for $21-22K ... Again both GOOD deals and you usually need to look a little harder to find those deals.
What you got it for was an average price though, you didn't get ripped off ... you just could have found it for a bit cheaper if you waited long enough (and thats the key there, being able to wait .. if you needed a car immediately, probably not gonna happen).
Anyways, like others have said, regardless of what you paid, it won't matter because you're going to love driving this car.
I know it puts a huge smile on my face everytime I drive it ... and the cost of admission was worth every penny.

An mint '03 S2000 at any price below $25k should be considered a good deal, don't forget the dealer gave you 11k for his used Mustang, that may have been a generous trade allowance. You probably would have done better if you didn't have a trade to consider.
My advice is not to spend any more time worrying about how much you paid and go drive your new car!
Come out to the Dragon with about 115 other S2000's this weekend!!!
